We are focused on investing responsibly for the long term, to build a funds management business that is synonymous with the delivery of enduring, highest quality investment performance while effecting significant social good.

Our Partners
Elanor’s strategic partnership with The Smith Family is particularly focused on supporting Senior Secondary students in the Learning for Life scholarship program to help encourage stronger student engagement with their education, and support their further studies and vocational pursuits. We are also progressing a range of exciting initiatives with The Smith Family to leverage Elanor’s networks, staff and portfolio of investments across Australia.
Elanor’s long term strategic partnership with the FSHD Global Research Foundation is focused on supporting the Foundation to find treatments and a cure for Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) through funding world class medical research, awareness and education. FSHD is one of the most common forms of muscular dystrophy in adults and children, affecting the lives of an estimated 1 million people globally.

Strategic Renewable Energy Initiative
Through our collaboration with Solar Bay and Momentum Energy we will deliver a combination of on-site and off-site renewables that will meet 100% of the energy needs at the Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre, making it one of Australia’s first totally renewable-powered shopping centres. This model will be implemented across a number of other assets in the Group’s retail portfolio including Tweed Mall, Neeta City, Riverside Plaza, Gladstone Square and Hunters Plaza.

WorkZone West is WA’s only office building with a Base Building 6-star NABERS Energy Rating without green power. Garema Court in ACT has a 5.5 star NABERS energy rating. Nexus Centre and Corporate Drive properties in QLD both hold a 5-star NABERS energy rating.

Across the hotel portfolio we are upgrading to lighting, HVAC, and other equipment with more energy efficient technologies. Energy savers (which turn power off when guests leave their hotel rooms) are in place within the Eaglehawk Resort and Cradle Mountain lodge while the Building Management System in the Mayfair Hotel in Adelaide also contributes to efforts to improve energy efficiency. Across our Retail portfolio we have improved energy efficiency by upgrading LED lighting, HVAC and BMS.

Key supporter of the Australian Wildlife Parks Foundation
Elanor provides resources and staff volunteer their time to assist the Australian Wildlife Parks Foundation. The Australian Wildlife Parks Foundation Limited is an ACNC registered charity, created to protect, care for, preserve, and study animals while improving the communities outlook on them. They assist in delivering the best possible care to animals by providing excellence in dietary requirements, veterinary care, husbandry skills and establishing genetically viable and controlled regional and global breeding programs.

Working with the Office of Environment & Heritage, Elanor has been instrumental in the establishment and support of the ‘Saving our Species’ program for the Plains Wanderer, a critically endangered Australian bird.

Corporate Governance
Elanor Investors Group (ASX:ENN) is a stapled security comprising Elanor Investors Limited (Company) and Elanor Investment Fund (Trust). Elanor Funds Management Limited is the Responsible Entity of Elanor Investment Fund.
The Board of the Responsible Entity and the Board of the Company (together referred to as the “Board”) is responsible for establishing a sound framework of corporate governance and implementing the corresponding governance culture and processes for the Elanor Investors Group. The Board recognises that corporate governance procedures can add to the performance of the Elanor Investors Group, increase security holder value and engender the confidence of the investment community.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall corporate governance of the Group, including approval and monitoring key strategic objectives and performance goals. The Board monitors the financial position and performance of the Group, and oversees its business strategy, including approving the Group’s strategic goals. Elanor’s corporate governance structure and processes are aligned with the strategic intent and operating activities of the Group.
The Board seeks to ensure that the Group is properly managed to protect and enhance security holder interests, and that the Group, its Directors, officers and personnel operate in an appropriate environment of corporate governance.
The Board has created a governance framework for managing the Group in line with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Principals of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations. This includes an Audit and Risk Committee and a Remuneration and Nominations Committee, Board and Committee Charters and various corporate governance policies designed to promote the responsible management and conduct of the Group.
