Elanor Investors Group is an ASX listed (ASX:ENN) Australian investment and funds management business focused on acquiring and unlocking value in real estate assets that provide strong income and capital growth potential.

Elanor Investors Group listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 2014. Elanor Investors Group is a stapled security comprising Elanor Investors Limited (Company) and Elanor Investment Fund (Trust). Elanor Funds Management Limited is the Responsible Entity of Elanor Investment Fund.

Notices of meeting

Following the passing of the Corporations Amendment (Meetings and Documents) Act 2022 in February 2022, ENN will issue notices of annual and general meetings electronically where a shareholder has provided a valid email address or has not made an election, unless the shareholder has elected to receive a paper copy of these documents. To amend your preferences, contact Computershare via the details below.

Annual reports

ENN will continue to issue annual reports to shareholders who have previously elected to receive a hard copy. Shareholders can elect not to receive an annual report by updating their preferences with Computershare (contact details below).  All shareholders can access our annual reports from the reports section on this page.

Distribution Information

Distributions to Elanor Investors Group securityholders are currently paid six monthly for the June and December half years.

For Australian investors, the annual Tax Statement provides information on how to complete your tax return in relation to your distribution. The annual Tax Statement is provided at the time of the June half year distribution payment in September each year.
