The Waverley Gardens Partnership, a joint venture between Heitman and Elanor, has acquired the Waverley Gardens shopping centre in Victoria.
The strategy of the partnership is to optimise the centre’s performance and drive tenancy mix whilst extracting underlying, well-located real estate value by executing repositioning strategies.
