The property comprises 65 rooms (including 10 dual key apartments), restaurant and bar, conference centre and function rooms, tennis court, swimming pool and spa, as well as gymnasium. It is also adjacent to the 18-hole Clare golf course.
The property is configured to comprise 10 low rise buildings across the site. 10 dual key apartments (20 room keys) are configured over 5 single level buildings located at the southern end of the site. The two-storey main building comprises reception, restaurant and bar, and accommodation rooms. There are another 3 single-storey accommodation buildings and one single storey conference centre. The property was initially constructed in 1994 with subsequent additions undertaken in 1996 and 1999. The dual key apartments were constructed in 2011.
