The motel rooms are located in two dual level buildings which are located on the north eastern and eastern sides of site. The 10 spa studio unites are located on the southern side of site. The property just finished extensive refurbishment of the restaurant, bar and function rooms in 2018. To the south eastern elevation of the site there is a vacant parcel of land that can build additional 52 rooms, providing a total of 102 rooms on completion.
