The presence of a stable and caring adult is one of the biggest predictors of positive mental health in young people. Big Brothers Big Sisters long term mentoring programs are designed to build self-esteem, self-confidence and self-belief resulting in strengthened resilience and ultimately creating happier and healthier kids, who are encouraged to reach their full potential, no matter their circumstances.
